Pearson Corners is a conservation subdivision being developed by Clark Development in the resort community of McCall, Idaho. Approved by the Valley County Commissioners in the Fall of 2006, construction will begin as soon as conditions allow in the Spring of 2007. Featuring 11 parcels on 38 acres, use of building envelopes will maintain superb views from every home site and allow approximately 27 acres to be kept in permanent open space. The development also includes strong design guidelines and use of native landscape materials. Parcels are presently available for reservation.
