The Jefferson

This six story, 43-unit residential project in downtown Boise was completed in 2009. After a slow start in sales, the development has done quite well, particularly in comparison with other downtown condominium projects. The site is just a couple of blocks from the core of the increasingly vibrant downtown area of Boise. Given its central location, the site is remarkably quiet, looking out over the State Library campus to the foothills and to the west, over downtown.
