Construction of this project of 79 residences was stopped in the 2009 in response to the recession. In early 2011, construction recommenced with completion scheduled for Fall. Located in the exclusive Crescent Rim neighborhood overlooking downtown Boise and the foothills, this is a one of a kind, infill location. Working with a design team of local and Seattle based professionals, the aim was to develop a site and architectural design that was appropriate to the very sensitive neighborhood context.
