EAGLE RIVER

This is a mixed-use commercial and residential project, with a capacity of up to 1,000,000 square feet of office, retail, hotel and medical facilities. In a development consulting and management role in this ongoing project for the owner, Grossman Company Properties, efforts have included:

• market analysis and development concepts
• management of site planning and engineering
• project approvals
• and a major role in construction management.

Site construction began in early 2001 and the project is approximately 75% absorbed with the highest overall lease rates in the Treasure Valley.  Eagle River is recognized for its high quality design and is probably the most successful mixed-use development in Idaho.

Currently, Eagle River has started construction of a new Hilton Garden Inn, a Washington Trust Bank branch, and is in the process of negotiating with nationally known restaurant and retail companies.  Check back regularly for more news regarding this project.
